Customer Cannot Download The Connection File. How Can I Fix This?

Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trust sites > site > check 'Add this Web site to the zone' > add "* .rview.com" and "* .startsupport.com" > Uncheck "Verification for all sites in this zone (https)".
