I Have Connected To The Customer’s PC Which Is Connected Via Remote Desktop But I Cannot Control Or Type On It

Cause :   Remote Desktop window is minimized.
  
Resolution :
 
Remote Desktop window must be active and displayed in the front to receive control and relay it to the remote desktop’s PC.
