When receiving mobile support from WebViewer, do I use the same app as application?

NO. You cannot use the mobile support app used for RemoteCall application connection.

Please, download the 「Remote support app」. 

 

※ NOTE: for those devices no compatible with 「Remote support app」, try connecting via application, not WebViewer. For this, you will need to download and install the 「Mobile support app」.
