How to Search Session History per User on the Admin Page

To view all session history in the RemoteCall Admin page, please follow the steps.

 

1) Log into the RemoteCall Admin page using the following information.

*URL: http://admin.startsupport.com

*ID: The RemoteCall Agent ID specified by you or your partner during purchase

*Password: The RemoteCall Agent password specified by you or your partner during purchase

 

2) In the menu, go to the Product Usage Management section > Support history per user.
