Cause : It is always a good practice to regularly change the admin’s password to keep the account safe.
Resolution :
1. Open a browser and go to http://admin.startsupport.com.
2. Log in using the ID and password.
3. Go to User Management > User > User Information and press “Change Password” button.
4. Enter your current password and then the new password.
5. Save to finish.
