The RemoteCall Mobile Support app is required for mobile support.

Guide the customer who will receive remote support to install the app. There are three ways to install the app.
Also refer to the RemoteCall User Guide for Android.
1. On the Agent, click SMS > Send App Installation Information via SMS pop-up appears > Fill in the details and click Request > Install the app

2. Go to Google Play > Search for “Mobile Support” > Install the “Mobile Support-RemoteCall” app
3. Open a mobile browser > Go to 113366.com > Click “Download Mobile Support” > Proceed the same as Step 1.
Once the Mobile Support app is installed, launch the app, and initiate remote support. When running the Mobile Support app for the first time, a permission request message pops up as below.
1. Click “Allow” to access Music and Audio
2. Click “Permission Settings”
3. In the Settings, click Mobile Support > Permissions > Allow permissions for Photos and Videos, Music and Audio, and Phone
5. A permission request to Appear on top will appear. Refer to the photo below and toggle on the button to allow permissions for the “Mobile Support” app.
6. A permission request to Change system settings will appear. Refer to the photo below and toggle on the button to allow permissions for the “Mobile Support” app.
Once setup is complete, a new window will pop up for entering a 6-digit code. The support agent will provide the customer the code to establish the remote connection.
