This guide provides steps to address the issue where remote control is unavailable due to the deactivated control button.
For unverified devices, the control button may be disabled, which will prevent remote control. In such cases, the device receiving remote support will require the following apps to be installed.
- RemoteCall
- Plugin:RSAssistant *As this is a plugin, it does not need to be launched upon installation.
