If the message “Cannot Find Certificate Server Address” appears when logging into RemoteCall Agent and login fails, it suggests that there may be issues with connecting to the RemoteCall authentication server.
In this case, try logging in again. If the issue persists, please check if a firewall or security software might be blocking the connection.
Also, use Telnet to check the connection status to the RemoteCall authentication server. Please follow the steps to verify the server connection.
1) Launch the RemoteCall Agent and click the Hamburger menu icon (settings).
2) Network Settings > Check the address and port for the login server.
3) Execute cmd.exe and enter the authentication server information from Step 2, then press ENTER.
- Telnet [authentication server] [authentication port]
If you are still unable to connect using Telnet, please contact your company’s security administrator to check whether RemoteCall is being blocked by security software or a firewall.
