Changing Session Display Quality

If the fonts, icons, and other elements on the Viewer screen are hard to see clearly after connecting to a session, please follow the steps below. 

 

[Before Connected to a Session]

1. Click the second button at the bottom of the Agent (in red box).

2. In the Control Device section, adjust the control mode and screen color settings. 

 

[During the Session]

1. Click mceclip3.png from the top menu > Settings

2. In the Control Device section, adjust the control mode and screen color settings. 

*RemoteCall Control Mode

- High-Speed Control Mode: Detects the screen using a virtual driver
- Graphic Control Mode: Detects the screen without using a virtual driver

*In the fast network environment, select settings that prioritize speed. In the slow network environment, configure the control mode to ensure stable data processing rather than speed.

 

[WebViewer]

- In the floating menu, click mceclip7.png to change Screen quality settings.

*Note: Changing the resolution from Low > Standard > High may increase transmission traffic.
