RSDoctor is a program that collects logs to help diagnose issues with RemoteCall. Please follow the steps to run the program.

 

 

1. Go to remotecall.com > Support > Download

 

2. Scroll down to look for “Diagnostic Tool” and click “For Windows” to install the program.

 

3. Launch the program and run diagnostics.

 

4. When the diagnostic is complete, click “Save Log” and submit an online inquiry from the website.

 

*If any sections are highlighted in red during the diagnostic, click on the results, capture a screenshot, and include it with your inquiry. When reporting an error, provide the date and time of the issue, and attach the saved .zip file and screenshots to your online inquiry for further assistance.
