File Transfer Issues in Viewer During Remote Support

RemoteCall supports two methods for file transfer. Please check whether file transfer is not working. 

 

1. via Drag&Drop

2. Menu bar tools

 

> If the “Send File” and “Receive File” buttons in the Tools are disabled, check with your internal account manager to confirm whether the file transfer option has been disabled. 

 

If this option is enabled but file transfers are still not working, delete “FtpSendList.ini” and try it again.
