During A Support Session, I Played A Video On The Remote PC But It Is Not Displayed On The Viewer

Cause :   This might be caused due to incompatibility with the accelerated video driver.
 
 
Resolution :
 
1.   Go to System menu ( “R” button )  >  Settings  >  Display Quality  >  change Network to “Normal”.
2.   Restart the video player.
