【1.Mobile support screen】

  

■ Menu

: Expandable menu includes options from Voice Chat, Capture Screen, Create Support Report, and End Support.

:Switch support mode between video ↔ mobile.

: Control the mobile device.

: Draw on the device.

: Display the laser pointer.

: Open the tools tab.

: Adjust the screen ratio. Choose between default, zoom, or full screen. 

:Disconnect.

:Hide the toolbar. 

 

【 2.Visual support screen】

■ Menu

: Capture the customer’s screen.

: Turn on and off the flash.

: Turn on and off the microphone.

: Pause and resume screen transmission.

: Rotate the customer’s screen.

: Switch between front and back camera on the customer’s device.

: Guide the customer with directions.

: Scan a barcode on the customer’s screen.

: Check the customer’s current location.

: End visual support.
